Functions:
- Forming, structuring and coordinating a happy team;
- Provide excellent table, bar, and beer service that puts a smile on the customer’s face;
- Be an active presence on the ground, anticipate needs, and resolve issues as they arise;
- Ensure proper adherence to best practices for cleaning, maintenance, and presentation of the space (cotton swab test and HACCP!);
- Ensuring that reservations are booked correctly, never leaving customers waiting longer than desired;
- Participate in Muse meetings, training sessions and team buildings.
Requirements:
- Availability and willingness to work at night (with or without drinks);
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Friendliness and verbal skills;
- Autonomy, independence, responsibility, and organization;
- Emotional Intelligence at its best;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Excellent personal hygiene (never spinning...);
- Enjoying craft beer and music is not mandatory, although highly recommended.
