Refund policy
This Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Cerveja Musa online store.
1. Returns
Musa Beer does not accept returns of products purchased through the online store, except in cases provided for by applicable law or when the products are received with damage resulting from shipping.
2. Exchanges of Merchandise Items
We accept size exchanges exclusively for merchandise items (e.g., T-shirts, sweatshirts), provided that the request is submitted to loja@cervejamusa.com no later than 15 days after the order is received.
For an exchange to be accepted, the items must:
- Show no signs of use;
- Keep the labels and original packaging;
- They must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exchange Process:
The exchange process is carried out remotely:
- The customer must submit the request to loja@cervejamusa.com , including the order number and the desired size.
- Upon approval, Musa Beer will provide a return label.
- The customer must drop off the item at a Nacex pickup location.
Exchanges are always subject to stock availability.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via Nacex, which will notify the customer (via text message and email) with the delivery details.
- If delivery to the specified address is not possible on the first attempt, the package will be forwarded to the nearest pickup location, and the customer is responsible for picking it up.
4. Damaged Products
If the order is received with products damaged during shipping, the customer should contact Cerveja Musa via loja@cervejamusa.com within 48 hours of receipt. The request must include:
- Order number;
- Description of the incident;
- Photographic record of the product and packaging.
After review, Cerveja Musa reserves the right to issue a refund or provide a replacement. Claims for damages will not be accepted after the specified deadline.
5. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for exchange or refund:
- Food or beverages (except for damage during shipping or shipping errors);
- Clothing with signs of wear;
- Orders submitted after the specified deadlines, except in cases where Musa bears full and unequivocal responsibility.
