We are looking for someone to help us with all stages of the beer-making process.
(Unfortunately), beer doesn't grow on trees. If you love watching (or making) things happen, think the smell of wort in the morning is like aromatherapy, and the sound of the centrifuge is your guilty pleasure, then MUSA needs you.
Functions:
- Support production line operations—including filling, labeling, and packaging—so that a crooked label doesn’t keep us up at night;
- Ensure that equipment and work areas are spotlessly clean and sanitized, in accordance with established procedures and food safety standards;
- Ensure product quality throughout the various stages of production;
- Help with basic equipment maintenance before it becomes a headache;
- Strictly comply with internal procedures and workplace safety standards;
- Work with the team to ensure a smooth production flow and meet deadlines—no bottlenecks (except for the beer).
And that they have:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (if you’ve worked in the wonderful world of beer or beverages, even better);
- I keep an eye on the mechanics and make sure I can react quickly when the machines refuse to cooperate;
- Good English skills are a plus (or a strong desire to learn);
- Forklift operator's license (or a strong desire to get one);
- Immediate availability.
What we offer:
- A fun-loving and experienced team from whom you'll learn a lot;
- A collaborative environment where we’re always open to suggestions and ideas that help MUSA grow;
- Ongoing training and opportunities to grow alongside a laid-back team that takes (only) beer seriously;
- Fair employment contract and working conditions;
- Good speakers—with Bluetooth connectivity so you can share what you're listening to;
- Beer. Lots of it. (To be enjoyed in moderation and responsibly, of course.)
If this sounds like music to your ears, get in touch.
