MUSA’s new beer is the result of a collaboration with our friends from the Azores at Supléxio. The unofficial beer of Rabo de Peixe, inspired by the São Miguel classic *Eu Não Vou Chorar* (1999) by Sandro G, which shows that despite the hardships of Rabo de Peixe, there is strength and identity in its roots. A craft beer born of struggle and hope in the face of adversity.
A BEER THAT MAKES YOU WANT MORE
Light, refreshing, and bursting with aroma. Tropical and citrusy, with notes of mango, passion fruit, lime, and grapefruit, plus a hint of Nelson Sauvin hops. The wheat and oats lend it a smooth texture and a beautiful head. Just the right amount of bitterness (40 IBU), with a dry, clean finish. A 4.8% IPA that’s so good you’ll be begging for more.
GO ALL OUT
It goes well with light, fresh dishes, like salads, limpets, and bocas negras. It goes even better with Azorean burgers. But it also goes with the sound of the sea, music blaring from the speakers, kids playing soccer until the sun goes down. And of course, it goes with a Santa Clara victory. It goes with carefree days. As carefree as the new MUSA beer—before you know it, you’re already reaching for another one, boss!
