Tasting notes
Medium-bodied and velvety. Creamy ivory foam, aroma of roasted malts, Badajoz caramels, low bitterness. Notes of coffee, oats, chocolate and autumn

Pairs with
Oysters (a historic pairing for any Stout!), blue cheeses (stilton, gorgonzola, etc). Game. The perfect balance for desserts with fruit, dark chocolate, croissants and churros.
