Tasting notes
Golden-colored Berliner Weisse base with dense white foam. Aroma of cereal and citrus fruits with slight hints of pineapple and spices. In the taste, the acidity of the lactic
fermentation and the pineapple pulp harmonize with sweet notes of vanilla and cinnamon from the tonka bean. The dry finish and medium-high carbonation turn a bouquet of intense flavors into an easy-drinking beer.
