UNAVAILABLE
Gleba and Musa have much more in common than raw materials. Born in 2016, in former industrial districts at the opposite ends of the capital, they also share strong convictions about respect for good production practices and taste in all its splendor. They have now come together for the second time for a perfect combo that embodies the famous law of conservation of mass: "In nature, nothing is created, nothing is lost, everything is transformed". A beer made with mother dough and waste Gleba bread.

Tasting notes
The daughter of Gleba's fermented dough and that bread that Diogo kneaded. A complex experience with notes of citrus, pepper and that Saturday morning run to the bakery. Fucking good!
Pairs with
Seafood, ceviches, light cheeses and pale pizzas. And Christmas in the tropics!
