Ela Bate o Pale (She Beats Pale) to beat dull beers. A collaboration between the brewers at Musa and the craft beer dealers at Vilhoa in Funchal. 

A very tasty but light beer, to drink with pace and to hold your hips.

Ingredients
Water, barley and wheat malt, guava, yeast and
hops.

Tasting notes
Sweet and fruity aroma, with hints of watermelon and guava. Medium-bodied, with a strong taste of malt and cookie - the good kind - and pears ripened in the tropics. A light, refined acidity at the end of the mouth.

Pairs with
Swordfish fillet sandwiches, limpets, snails and a generous dose of sunshine.
