We're looking for someone like you: a culinary master who knows how to prune. Someone who likes to decorate the platter and is very organized. Someone who takes as much pride in whipping up a good rascal rice as a Vichyssoise à Les Halles. Someone who leads our brigade like Jagger leads the Stones.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years' experience in the kitchen (or the equivalent in callos);
- Knowing what HACCP is (and practicing it like a religion);
- Autonomy, team spirit and nerves of steel;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Being able to improvise, without great invention.
What is highly valued:
- Being a mise en place virtuoso;
- Knowing how to change a menu plan under pressure;
- Having strong opinions about the perfect point of everything;
- Good plating skills;
- Being as demanding as Gordon Ramsay, but as calm as Snoop Dogg;
