THE MUSA

Owner of her own nose, she goes more by her appetites than by other people's tastes. And it's not that she doesn't make plans. But she prefers to remain free, experimental, with the lightness of the 21st century.

With a strong focus on the quality of the raw materials and rigor in the production process. But without too many baubles. Because for us, Cerveja Musa is for drinking every day, not just on special days. It's for everyone and not just for a few. A democratic and uncompromising beer. That's what it is.

WHAT INSPIRES US

MUSIC

Musa has Rock&Roll in its name and in its attitude. Bottles that dress up the best hits, the big hits; bars and dance floors; and a determined desire to embrace new artists, emerging bands, the best that Portuguese music has to offer.

FORROBODÓ

The beer that makes you laugh before the first bite. A drink of fine, fat humor, made by very ungracious people, but with some grace. The wittiest drink without actually being witty. A carraspana of puns.

OUR

The Muse is all of us and our circumstances. A group of bold, daring people with very little sense and wild ideas. A passionate team, with blood in its gills and muscle even in its little finger. Born to be wild.

PRONUNCIATION

Despite her roots in Marvila, Musa is as much a Lisboner as all Lisboners are. In other words, very little. It's a beer with a lot of province and a lot of accent. From Fafe to Évora, Rio to Reguengos, Porto to Portimão, Musa has its feet in Lisbon, but its heart is all over the place.

FRIENDS

Always with wide-open gates and open arms, we love welcoming anyone who knocks on our door and we love knocking on other people's doors even more. There's nothing that gives us more pleasure than a good collaboration with wine, beer, bread or chocolate producers. Drinking knowledge and inspiration in other people's homes is really our thing.

We'll leave the puns for the labels. What you drink here is simple, without any great mannerisms or affected tricks. Easy going beer that you drink more through your mouth than through your nose. Musa beer isn't geeky, but it's not boring.
