We are looking for a Bar Manager for the Lisbon area!
If you're able to rave about processes with the same euphoria as an evening of good music. If excel relaxes you in almost the same way as a late afternoon drink, if coordinating a team makes you as happy as organizing a dinner party with friends. Then maybe it's time you sent us an e-mail.
Functions:
- Forming, structuring and coordinating a happy team;
- Organize and implement compliance with tedious but essential procedures for the healthy running of the house (waste rates, billing targets, inventories, FIFO and LIFO practices);
- Ensure correct compliance with good cleaning practices, maintenance and presentation of the space (cotton test and HACCP!);
- Ensuring that reservations are booked correctly, never leaving customers waiting longer than desired;
- To make sure that we provide a beautiful service, bringing a lot of smiles of satisfaction;
- Participate in Muse meetings, training sessions and team buildings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Friendliness and verbal dexterity;
- Autonomy, independence, responsibility and organization;
- Emotional Intelligence at its best;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English;
- Excellent personal hygiene (never spinning...);
- Enjoying craft beer and music is not mandatory, although highly recommended.
