We are hiring for our bar and dining room team at Musa da Bica.

We’re looking for someone with common sense who can pour a beer with a nice head. Someone serious but not stuffy, responsible but not overly serious, independent but never authoritarian. A passion for music and craft beer isn’t required, but it’s highly desirable.

Required:

• Some experience in the field (> 1 year)
• Friendliness and verbal skills
• Autonomy, independence, responsibility
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Impeccable personal hygiene (never slacking off…)

Recommended:

• Knowing how to change a keg and pour a beer with a two-finger head
• Get a taste of craft beer
• Hold a tray without dropping it on the floor
• The ability to take a kitchen order without making the cooks roll their eyes
• Being able to speak a third, fourth, or eighth language
• Refined palate
• Photogenic (a term that will be used and overused in the brand's campaigns)
• Fast & Furious
