On December 7th, 11 Lisbon restaurants will be exchanging menus, just like people exchange presents. It's simple. Everyone will offer 4 dishes and receive another 4, which they will have to interpret - not replicate - in their own way.
This event is a manifesto of what we believe this industry to be. We believe that access to good food should be democratic and not elitist, we believe in collaboration and mutual support, we believe that eating out has many more nuances than just eating.
Each of the 11 restaurants involved offered 4 dishes from their menu (3 dishes + 1 dessert) to one of their "friends", who dressed them up to give them to us on December 7th. It's on this day that you can join this Rally-Pratos around Lisbon and try the delicacies cooked for the occasion. So that you don't go thirsty, all the restaurants will have Muses to match the menu. You can check the opening times and addresses of each restaurant at the bottom of this page.
After exchanging menus and full bellies, the 11 restaurants that played Secret Santa with us head to Marvila for a musical feast brought by various culinary masters.
The desire to drink is joined by the hunger to continue eating, and the kitchen is invaded by "Secret Cooks", hand-picked by Paulo Amado, who believes that it is possible to change the world through gastronomy. Everything is in place for a night of insatiable feasting!
